Maharaja Agrasen Medical College, Agroha, Inaugurates Cardiac Cath Lab

Now, residents of Agroha and Hisar will have access to affordable and convenient cardiac care.

 

Agroha, Hisar, April 22, 2024: Maharaja Agrasen Medical College, Agroha, in partnership with RKM Cardiac Center, has inaugurated a state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterization Lab through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode. This cath lab started operations in March 2024 and has achieved early success by completing over 50 angioplasties and 100 cardiac procedures within just one month of its establishment.

 

Leading this center is Dr. Raghav Sharma, Chief Cardiologist of RKM Cardiac Center,   Dr Raghav Sharma having RKM Hospital Family Heart Station, Cardiac Cath lab and Angioplasty Centre. who specializes in complex angioplasties, rotablation, CTO cases, and IVUS/OCT/FFR-guided angioplasties, having completed over 40,000 heart-related procedures. Dr. Raghav Sharma will oversee the operations of this cardiac center every Tuesday and Friday, alongside Dr. Ashok Kumar, who brings extensive experience serving at a prominent hospital in Gurugram and has also worked as the principal cardiac specialist in Fatehabad district. to prothe initiative by Maharaja Agrasen Medical College, Agroha, aims vide affordable and accessible cardiac care to all residents of Agroha and Hisar. Through this collaboration, the institution strives to enhance the quality of healthcare services and effectively address the community’s cardiovascular healthcare needs.
