For the second time in a month, Amitabh Bachchan visits the Ayodhya Ram Mandir under strict security; the video becomes viral

<p>On Friday, February 9, Amitabh Bachchan went to the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, and a video of the visit has since gone viral. For the second time in less than a month, the actor visited the temple. He and his son Abhishek Bachchan were present during the temple’s inauguration. Amitabh was seen entering the temple on Friday under strict security. Big B was seen praying while standing in front of the Ram Lalla statue in an image that was made public by ANI. He had his hands folded.</p>

<p>The seasoned actor was seen navigating the tight security around the shrine in a video that PTI released. Amitabh was dressed in a saffron jacket and a white kurta-pyjama for his visit. “Actor Amitabh Bachchan (@SrBachchan) visits Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir to offer prayers,” reads the description on the video that PTI uploaded. <p>Amitabh Bachchan is reportedly in Ayodhya to open a new jewelry company shop, according to NDTV.</p>
<p>Amitabh and Ayodhya now have a close relationship. In addition to his visits, he has purchased real estate near the temple’s grounds. That month, there were rumors that Amitabh had purchased a block of land near Ayodhya for a house. The Sarayu, a seven-star mixed-use community in Ayodhya, is said to have been purchased by the celebrity from Mumbai-based developer The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL).</p>
<p>According to a report in the Hindustan Times, Big B has acquired a property that spans 10,000 square feet and is valued at Rs 14.5 crores. However, the builders have chosen to keep some information private.</p>
